This year’s FoodFest will celebrate the rich culinary heritage of New Orleans. Called a “culinary bonanza in America’s most food-centric city,” FoodFest promises to be a delight for all foodies in the area. Many of the city’s restaurants, roadside joints, and diners will participate, showcasing their best regional and specialty foods.
Past events at FoodFest have included a beignet-eating contest, a crawfish boil in the bayou, and a two-day food fair in the French Market—all enjoyed by thousands of New Orleans residents and visitors.
This year’s FoodFest is scheduled to take place in French Quarter on March 22. Most of the events are free to attend, with the exception of food and beverages. Admission to the crawfish boil is $75 per individual.
Join your friends and neighbors at this uniquely New Orleans festival! You won’t want to miss out on the area’s biggest food festival of the year. For more information about New Orleans FoodFest, visit the city’s travel website.
